Function keys are missing from the keyboard due to older keyboard.
Cause:
The keyboard being used is an older 83-key or 84-key keyboard. This is not a major problem since most PC programs do not assign important functions to these keys. In most cases, the mouse can be used to perform functions assigned to these keys.
Solution:
Do one of the following:
1) Use the mouse to perform tasks assigned to the F11 and F12 keys.
2) Replace the keyboard with a new 101-key extended keyboard.
